Presence Parenting exists to support you in making the most of your parenting and life experience. Parenting is not only a role with a host of responsibilities, concerns, and joys — it is an invitation to embrace truth.
Through this invitation we are engaged in a present day experience with our children which offers us the opportunity to liberate ourselves from the past along with any and all ideas, thoughts, feelings, words, and actions that do not suit us and what we want for our lives… leading us to discover and bring about what is true for ourselves, our families, our world.
Affirm the foundation of being as peace, clarity, and freedom. Nurture the everyday ability to parent in line with your deepest values. Examine beliefs, trade some for new, choose what you take forward.
Experience peace through present moment awareness. Learn viable alternatives to struggle, force, and punishment. Practice concrete skills to handle parenting challenges. Resolve frustration and anger to parent with calm confidence. Nurture mutually respectful, trust-based relationships.
